1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 2gl platform — whether through the website at 2gl.net, the 2gl mobile app, or any other channel made available by 2gl — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all registered players and visitors to the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the 2gl platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
The 2gl platform is available exclusively to players in the Philippines who meet the following eligibility requirements:

- You must not be prohibited from using online gaming or betting services under any applicable laws.
- You must register with your own accurate personal information.
⚠ Age Policy: 2gl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Identity verification (KYC) is required during registration. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
2gl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each player may register only one account on 2gl. Multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, 2gl reserves the right to close the additional accounts and review any transactions made through them.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your contact details and personal information up to date. 2gl will use this information to communicate with you about your account, including security notifications and verification requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2gl support immediately. 2gl will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
Security Features: Your 2gl account is protected by SSL encryption and OTP (one-time password) verification. Always log in through the official 2gl.net website or the official 2gl app to ensure your session is secure.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 2gl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 2gl supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:
- GCash (e-wallet)
- Maya (e-wallet)
- Philippine online banking / mobile banking
- Bank transfer (local Philippine banks)
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 2gl reserves the right to decline a deposit or withhold a withdrawal if there is reason to believe the payment does not originate from a verified, account-holder-owned source.
⚠ Cryptocurrency and Credit Cards: 2gl does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any non-PHP currency for deposits or wagering. All transactions must be in Philippine Peso through the supported local channels listed above.

5 Game Play & Betting Rules
All games and betting products available on 2gl — including slots, live casino, eBingo, sports betting, and poker — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.
Bets placed and accepted by 2gl are final. Any winnings calculated by the system based on confirmed results will be credited to your account balance accordingly.

- Any form of collusion, fraud, manipulation of games or bets, or use of software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Using another person's payment account or identity for deposits or withdrawals.
- Any activities that may constitute money laundering or financial fraud.
2gl monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, 2gl reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending the account and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the 2gl platform — including but not limited to the 2gl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 2gl or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 2gl content without prior written permission.
Access to the 2gl platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, or any form of reverse engineering of platform software.
10 Limitation of Liability
2gl provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2gl's liability to any player shall be limited to the amount held in that player's real money account at the time any claim arises. 2gl is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings or revenue.

Continued use of the 2gl platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
